The Barwon Heads Fine Music Society’s February Concert will present The Half Beats Classical Guitar Duo with Sammy Breve & Davey Crotchet on Sunday 12th February at 2.30pm in the Anglican Church, Hitchcock Avenue , Barwon Heads. The Barwon Heads Fine Music Society will present the Melbourne Opera Company in a concert version of "The Merry Widow" with a cast of 80, at 13th Beach Golf Club (Geelong Road, Barwon Heads) on Saturday evening, 18th February, commencing at 7.00pm. (Access from 6.00pm). As this is an outdoor event members of the audience are reminded to bring ponchos, raincoats etc. As there is a strict NO BYO ALCOHOL policy at 13th Beach Golf Club, soft drinks , wine , beer and snacks may be purchased at the Golf Club House. (Hampers may be purchased when buying tickets through GPAC at www.gpac,org.au or through (03) 5225 1200).

Girls are encouraged to learn to work as a team, learn about camping, craft and the environment. Ocean Grove Junior Guides and Barwon Heads Junior Guides meet on a Monday night.
