      'MONOMEETH' is a heritage listed homestead built in the 1890s for a successful woolbroker. It is located right on the beach (between the Ozone Jetty and the Bridge). It is moments away from restaurants, shops and the hotel. In the early 1920s it was one of Barwon Heads finest guest houses.

Today, it is available as premium holiday accommodation for those who require something special. The homestead sleeps 8 comfortably  with a large family room (with high tongue in groove ceiling), separate rumpus room, dining area with a dining table (seats 8), modern kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, microwave) fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils.
 There are two bathrooms, two showers and a bath. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 King, 1 Queen size bed and there are 4 bunk beds, and 2 comfortable sofa beds (for visitors).  Full laundry facilities.

The homestead has a large verandah (with early turned posts and fretwork) with views through the tea-tree to the Barwon Estuary.
We provide everything necessary to make your holiday memorable:-TV, video, stereo, outdoor entertaining area with a large gas burner BBQ and a, outdoor furniture setting which seats 8-10. We provide doonas, pillows and bath towels-just bring your own linen and beach towels.
